Outdoor Bootcamp
The One Body program in Westminster, Colorado is a group workout held in an outdoor setting. This functional fitness program features different types of strength training while including cardio, high intensity, and athletic drills where necessary. Participants engage in various drills led by experienced trainers making it a challenging yet fulfilling fitness experience. The sessions are tailored to suit different fitness levels and help participants increase their overall fitness abilities effectively.

The Intro to 1on1 Strength Training program at One Body is a personalized training experience designed to introduce individuals to strength training techniques. Participants will work with a certified trainer in a one-on-one setting to learn proper form, basic movements, and receive individualized guidance. This program aims to help individuals build a strong foundation in strength training to support their fitness journey.

At One Body, we're more than just a fitness program.
The strength of our community is rooted in its close-knit nature, creating an environment where members support one another both inside and outside of workouts, transforming fitness into a collective journey rather than an individual pursuit.
Truth be told, we spend more time with each other than we do our old friends. Throughout the year we spend quality time with each other doing various socials like the Manitou Incline Hike, a sunrise Red Rocks workout, an afternoon of bingo, a night dancing at the Grizzly Rose, going for a run followed by breakfast, or something simple like a game night or karaoke.

Do I need to already be in shape to join?
Absolutely not. You come to get in shape. I’ll meet you where you’re at.
I have injuries. Can I still participate?
I have experience through the many years of teaching group bootcamps and I can do my best to give you success options for your injuries. Most injuries we can find the solution, but not all.
Do I need to bring anything?
If you’re a non member, I can provide your weights and a mat, but once you become a member it’s helpful if you eventually buy your own mat and at least one set of dumbbells. I’ll have additional dumbbells and provide all the equipment.
How can I sign up?
You can sign up for a 3 free class trial directly on our website.
What outdoor activities do you offer?
Beyond bootcamps, we offer hikes, specialty workouts, and various social events.
Are beginners welcome?
All classes are for all fitness levels, but I do have a class specifically dedicated to seniors and or beginners. We slow down the pace, take out the high intensity and other exercises that don’t make sense for the senior, beginner, or injured.
What’s included in the program? Is nutrition coaching or personal training?
I’m a specialist in group bootcamps so that’s what’s included. In the future, nutrition coaching will be available for an additional cost. Personal training is also an additional cost and I focus mostly on teaching those new to strength training how to be comfortable in a gym setting and go from the basics on up.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! I appreciate any and all referrals. Anyone you refer I’ll give you $30 off your next payment if your referral stays for at least 3 months of full payments.
